The service of JCV Makelaars is characterized by a personal and customer oriented approach, in which reliability and expertise are very important values. JCV stands for Johan C. Vellekoop. Over 35 years, Johan has been working in real estate. Until June 1998 he was co-owner of Vellekoop Makelaardij -Onteigeningszaken.
In July 1998, Johan launched JCV Makelaars, specializing in agricultural real estate (Greenhouses). In 2020 we extended our focus to the housing market, with the support of assistent broker Astrid van Leent. Our administration is handled on a part-time basis by Miranda van Holsteyn.
